High quality adjustable weigth vest. Great for cardiovascular training (sprint and hill climbs), bodyweight resistance exercises and plyometrics (jumps, hops and bounds). Power Vest adds resistance to any type of training movement without compromising technique. Easy to use pockets (38 pcs) allow for quick removal and addition of weights (0,25kg per pocket). Two wide elastic velcro straps allows maximum comfort and fit (one-size fits most).
